What were you doing when you were 16 and on a Friday night during the summer? Let's say 8pm.
I was pretty lame and was most likely working at my part-time job.

Bible study. We went every Friday night during high school. I missed a few when I was in Leadership class because we had to work at the football game concession stands.

Probably driving around looking for something to do with my "older" friends who already had their licenses. Haha. Or at a movie or the mall.

@mrsjazz: Oh, TGIF!! With Full House? I loved watching Full House, Family Matters. Although, I think when I was 16, Full House was already over.

@bluestriped bee: I think Full House was on up until I was 17. I'm not sure what was on the year I was 16, but maybe Boy Meets World and Sabrina, too.

@mrsjazz: I loved TGIF!!
When I was 16 on a Friday, I was usually at a high school football or basketball game and after party if there was one with my friends. I hated to stay home on Fridays! I felt like I always needed to go out. Now I love to stay home with my little family!

16 was my foreign exchange year, so I was in France and that summer I was most likely to be found hanging out at a bar or a club with my friends (although 8pm is dinner time so we wouldn't be out yet).

We had just moved to Texas from NY right before I turned 16. It sucked! I was homeschooled too, so I had no friends until I went to college. So I was probably at home watching tv.

being stupid with my crazy friends. we were "good," in the sense that we didn't drink/smoke/do drugs, but we were loud, annoying, and had no shame.
