I have been taking a separate folic acid supplement since we are ttc and I feel like the recommendations for how much are all over the map. I finally realized though that it is making me nauseous. I read online that as your body gets used to it the nausea goes away but it seems like such an odd side effect.

I take New Chapter's Perfect Prenatal, Vitamin D and B Complex as well (the D & B are things I have tested low for). I have been taking everything for quite awhile except the folic acid, although I did switch which B Complex I use.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did anyone find a semi-concrete answer about how much folic acid?
