DD eats about 1 1/2 lbs of food a day as well as 15 oz of milk, water and some diluted juice. She was eating more pouches than she probably should have and has 2 solid meals a day- after she wakes up and after nap. She's only awake about 8-9 hours a day so there's not really time to fit in a third meal. Well she's decided she no longer likes pouches- which is fine but I'm needing to do a food overhaul.

Right now for solid food she eats cheese, avacado (1 a day) cottage cheese, rice, mashed potatoes, black beans, grits, raspberries, blueberries and salsa as her most frequent foods.

She will also eat broccoli, hamburger, bacon, turkey, peas, chickpeas etc.

Right now we are waiting on gluten, eggs and peanut butter.

What does your toddler love? What do you give for quick snacks besides pouches?

T takes a long time to eat (30 min) but I'm not sure when to add another meal.

Any thoughts/ideas would be awesome.
