What do you use to put their hair in pig or pony-tails? We bought these little rubber bands but they were really hard to get in her hair. Her hair is really fine so I think we'd need to use tiny rubber bands, but I can't get them to work!

I used the colored stretchy ones from target. I think they are goody brand? What kind did you get?

I bought a pack of goody rubber bands from target. They are actually a pack of three sizes, and I've only ever used the smallest ones. I usually wrap them three or four times. My daughter sometimes pulls them from her hair throughout the day, and they break really easily, but there are so many in the pack, that I don't mind throwing them out.

These little bands from the Dollar Tree. 500 count for $1! They are really stretchy, hold the hair well, and don't get tangled. We have the pastel ones.

@photojane: these are what we use, too. I keep a pack in my purse and consider them one time use.

@Reyorra - Yeah I think that's the kind we had. I couldn't get them over my fingers to even put in her hair. Maybe I just need to work on my hair skills!
