When you say "First Month", do you mean the first month after you stopped taking BC (finished your last pack) or the first month after you got your first natural period off BC?

I would say after I got my period. I got pregnant the second month off BC though.

I would say the first month off BC. Some women have gotten pregnant right after they stopped taking pills.

When I hear, "I got pregnant the first month off BC," I have always thought that meant that they got pregnant as soon as they stopped taking their pills, and never got an off-BC period.

@daniellemybelle: I agree - that's what it means to me.
It's my understanding that you would stop your BC (pill or whatever), get your normal period that you would get (like with the placebo pills), and then got pregnant that month.
Of course different BCs work differently, but I assumed that people meant they got pregnant the first month they weren't taking their birth control (whether something was removed or they just stopped getting/taking whatever they were doing before). Not a whole month passes and THEN they got pregnant.
