I use zip locs. I have one for diapers, wipes, change of clothes for baby and change of clothes for toddler. I put snacks and my stuff in the front pouch.

I just got a backpack from uniqulo, and love using it as a diaper bag! I actually think it is much easier than the diaper bag. It has 2 front pockets, 2 separate inside pockets towards the front, and 1 large inside pocket toward the back. It has the same compartments that my diaper bag had.

I got a reusable bag from Trader Joe's that's made to carry six bottles of wine. I use it as a divider in my backpack.

I use a medium wet bag (for cloth diapers but we use disposables) for diapers/wipes/changing pad and another bag for bottles. DD2 is only 8 weeks old but this is what we did with her big sister. We have a change of clothes in another pocket with burp rags. There is a water bottle holder on the outside and I've been rolling up an A&A muslin blanket to keep handy in that for emergencies.

We use a North Face backpack.

I just got an inexpensive diaper backpack from Buy Buy Baby. I had a regular one, but I just couldn't ever love the setup I had. I bought the Skip Hop brand.

@misolee: I had a changing pad that came with my old diaper bag, so I use that. I also use those pet pads that I had for when LO was a newborn, and I used to use that on her crib for any leaks, or blowouts.

@MrsSRS: Oh wow, you have just blown my mind. I am so getting that for a tote bag that I can't use becuase it's a bottomless pit.

@misolee: I just have a cheap changing pad from I can't even remember where. It's pretty small so I toss a muslin blanket over it. We always seem to have to change DD2 on the floor places and just a blanket seems too thin right now.
