I'm a Trump non-supporter and every day I seem to read something that absolutely disgusts me about his plans for our country. I'm an educator so I am personally affronted and horrified by his Education pick, and my personal pet issues is the environment so I'm horrified by his EPA pick. Most of my social group is red. Not friends, but like family, co-workers, colleagues.

For those who are not Trump supporters, how are you embodying your perspective without alienating others? I feel like every time I share something on FB or bring it into conversation, Trump supporter are immediately defensive.

I'm doing little things. I got Sierra club gifts for people this year and we are donating an old car to public television. Like I said I'm a teacher, so I feel like my everyday life is a testament to my values. But those are non-specific private acts. I'm struggling with how to embody my values more in public without polarizing people.
