In efforts to keep grocery shopping down to a minimum, I would like to try to freeze the organic whole cows milk we buy for our little one. We go through about a gallon a week or every 7-10 days.

I know you can freeze milk, but what about the expiration date? Usually our organic milk because its only pasteurized not ultra pasteurized has a relatively short expiration date.
