Which do you feed your LO?
I give LO both. Fresh fruit and one 4 ounce pouch/day usually.
I honestly like giving her pouches better though. Quicker and easier!

Usually fresh, but I bought a few Earth's Best pouches this weekend to keep in the diaper bag!

haha! I'm trying to avoid them.. I know they are so convenient and would love that aspect of it! They do tend to be more $$ though than buying fruit/veggies.

Both. We have some pouches that also have spinach in them so I like to give her those

charlie doesn't like the pouches so it's all fresh fruit. olive likes veggies more than fruits so we don't feed her many fruits. she also isn't a fan of purees and likes chunks of food!

We do fresh fruit and pouches daily! I love giving her fresh fruit but sometimes I'm in a pinch and those pouches save the day!
