I need help!! LO is 4 months and we have been co bedding since about 2 months. He still wakes a ton and I nurse him to sleep for naps and bedtime. I think part of his waking come from me moving in my sleep.

I am really ready to get him in his crib. Whenever I try to put him down in his crib he wakes up and cries instantly. I tried CIO and it was a huge fat failure and I don't plan on trying again.

Any tips? Do I just need to do the put down pick up routine over and over till it works?
