The Rosie Project was a fun, quick read. I have read almost all of the Liane Moriarty books and enjoyed them. What Alice Forgot is my favorite, The Husband's Secret has been my least favorite. In that same vein, I also like Jojo Moyes's One Plus One and Me Before You.

Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel was interesting and a little bit different. I'm looking forward to readings Gretchen Rubin's books.

@Mrs. Bee: Hmm, in that case, have you read any Murakami? I LOVED Kafka on the Shore. IQ84 and The Windup Bird Chronicle were also really good.

This Is Where I Leave You - just finished it and it was entertaining! The movie was great too!

@Pancakes: my book club read What Alice Forgot and everyone loved it!

Also on the YA series front, His Dark Materials series with the Golden Compass (ignore the terrible movie from a few years ago), Subtle Knife, and the Amber Spyglass. Hands down my favorite books of all time, can't recommend enough.

If you like Sci Fi the Martian is great!

Margaret Atwood's post-apocalyptic series - Oryx & Crake, Year of the Flood, MaddAdam

I'm reading All the Light We Cannot See which is great so far. I can't let a book Rec post go by without recommending Arundhati Roy's God of Small Things, as it's my favorite book!
