If you have a pair of the legging jeans from GAP, did you find that you fit your normal size there or that you needed to size down? I'm about to order a pair online and the reviews are mixed!

I had to size up, and in the end I still returned them! I felt like a stuffed sausage, and usually I am fairly comfortable in slim fitting silhouettes. I wish you better luck!

I found that Gap's legging jeans -- at least when I bought them last year, pre-pregnancy -- were sized differently depending on the wash! I have one pair that I have in my normal size, but I need to wash them frequently since they stretch a lot.

Don't they have free returns? Get both and send back what doesn't fit! Thats what I do.

I've got one pair that ran true to size (very dark wash) and one pair that ran two sizes too small - and they are the pink colored jean leggings.

Gah! Sounds like they're all over the map...@MerryC: I might do this, I just hate having to return stuff!

I got my true size, but honestly after wearing them once or twice, they stretched so much and looked horrible that I stopped wearing them. It only got worse with each wash. It got to a point where I would wear them for 30 minutes after washing them, and they would start to sag.
