Any ideas? Door dash gift card? Anything specific to Denver Children’s hospital?
She is staying at the Ronald McDonald house. Needs to be something I can easily mail (obviously) or virtually deliver.
Her 18 m old just got diagnosed and is starting chemo this week. She has 2 older children at home. I can’t imagine all of the emotions she is feeling right now.

Door Dash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats... any of those would be great. When DS was in the hospital for an extended period of time dinner was often the part of the day we most looked forward to when we had options.
My favorite gift during that time was a nice blanket. It got so cold in the hospital that it was comforting to have a warm blanket to wrap myself in.

If she’s staying in the Ronald McDonald House they often provide dinner (ours did), but gift cards for eats are always great!
An extra long phone charger was super helpful to me. Nice hand lotion since they will have to wash hands so often.
Someone gifted me some cozy socks and a nice lip balm and it seriously meant so much.
Also sending something to cheer up the other kids who are at home without mom.
Saying a prayer for this sweet baby. I just can’t imagine.

In Aurora? The hospital is really close to a Panera Bread and an IHOP. I think that McDonald house is close to a Target too. Hope that helps!

When we were staying at Ronald McDonald house a friend sent me gift card to Panera.... it was really appreciated
So I would suggest something like that as previous posters said. We also had run to target to grab essentials so a gift card there would be good too... again also suggested above. But those were the things we used

I sent her some hand cream, lip balm, long phone cords for her and her husband, some little trucks that my boys love and a book for her kiddo, and a $50 Uber eats gift card. Might throw in a target one too? And obviously, lots of prayers.
