He doesn't drink coffee or alcohol so my standard gifts of Starbucks gift cards or bottles of wine are out!

I've never heard of gifts to a real estate agent! Normally I thought it was the client that receives a small gift for buying through that agent and making him/her a ton of money on the sale!
