When your LO moved classrooms did you get the old teacher a gift? B is moving to the older infants room next week and he's leaving a great teacher. I was talking to his teacher today about this being Bs last day and she started tearing up. B has been in her classroom for 5 months.

Nope bc the teachers all fluctuate between the two infant rooms.

i was a daycare teacher before having my LO and small gifts are always appreciated, especially if you feel like they've been a great teacher to your child

I gave gift cards on par with holiday gifts. I am about to do this again since DS is moving up. If you feel like expressing your gratitude through a gift, I say go for it!
