I don't have any grey hair yet or it is masked by my blond hair, but DH has a ton of grey hair. It started around 23 and now at 26 I'd say he's about 1/3 grey.

I've had 2-3 grey hairs since I was a teenager. Within the last two years I have noticed a few more, but nothing to worry about yet, and they mostly stay hidden. My mom had very light hair and a few greys, my dad just got a front grey patch within the last 3-4 years and he's 60.

I noticed my first silver (doesn't silver sounds more distinguished?) hairs within the last year or so, so around 27-28. I was pulling them out, but now I, like you, have too many to pull. I do have dark hair, but I don't think the silver is noticeable to others yet, so I'm just going with it.

I'm not sure when my parents went grey. I think it happened gradually in their 30s/40s. I don't think my dad went completely grey until 60 or so.

Oy I have a good amount and I'm 24. I've gotten more in the past couple of years. Currently I trim them. I have dark hair as well so if I don't one can see them. My mum is fully white at 57 but she has been for awhile. My daddy I am not sure of since he was 60 when I was born DH is almost 28 and has none!

I'm 27 and still none yet, long may that continue! DH has none either and is 33, his father is almost 60 and has about 3, all of their family has amazing thick hair that seems to stay coloured forever. I'm sure ill be grey long before he is.

I'm 28, and I think I've found about 3 over the past year. So not a lot, but it's at least starting.

I've had lots of grey hair since college. I've been coloring it for years now. My mom and my Dad's mom were both grey very early so I'm sure it's not helpful that I'm getting it from both sides (although my sister has NO greys as far as I can tell).

I get it colored every 4-5 weeks (such a waste of time and money!) and every time I go my colorists says she can't believe how bad my roots are My hair is SO grey and grows SO fast. I'm sure there are worst afflictions but I really hate it.

I'm 32 now and color my hair to mask grays....I've had too nun to pluck since my late 20's. My mom rocked silver because she had naturally super blond hair so silver just made her hair look eaitifly frosted.

My husband is 48 and has all of like 2 gray hairs. Infuriates me lol

I feel like in the last year or so (I'll be 31) it started to get really noticeable. I dye my hair every 8 weeks, but I let it go too long and I was really surprised at how much grey I have.

I'm almost 30 and I feel like I only have a few. Or at least they blend in. My wife who has dark hair started getting them at 25 and has "too many to pluck" now at 27. I think they look handsome on her.

I think my mom started getting significantly grey around 45.

I'm 30 but dye my hair blond, so I don't see any yet! My mom has no gray at 59! DH has more gray coming in. He says it's my fault.

I am almost 40 and I have a few white hairs. I just got my hair cut and my stylist said she'll tell me when I need to start coloring.

FWIW, my mom has very few grays at 60 but my father was almost completely gray before age 30.

@MrsKoala: me too (at 29)! how long can you go between coloring it? at this point i have to do it ~ every 3 wks 3

the top of my head, so the part people see, it's 75% gray, underneath there's no gray. i won't mind being gray when i'm older, but it ages me so much, i'm not ready to let it be for now

@MrsKoala: i had to start doing it myself because i just couldn't afford to keep it up in the salon. my hair must grow really fast because i would have like 3" gray roots if i went 10wks!

I'm 26 and the only ones I've found have been in my eyebrows. Weird! I yanked them out I'm grateful for genetics in this case; my mom and dad are 60 and both just recently started going grey, and in my dad it's only at his temples.

DH doesn't have any, but his beard has these crazy white/clear hairs that have started to sprout up.

I found one at 28, and now I'm a few months away from 30 and I haven't found any more yet. My hair is mostly natural (deep, dark brown) so I want to go with my natural colour for as long as possible.... as soon as I see another grey I will be dying my hair for the rest of my life!

I'm 29 and maybe once every two months I notice 1. My parents I would say grey normal... My mom dyes her hair so I have no idea how grey it really is haha. My dad is almost all grey at 60.

Kate Middleton has grays! And wrinkles too...and she's gorg!
