Anyway, I’d love to see your baby girl “going home from hospital” outfits! My first daughter ended up not wearing what I had picked out for her because it was way to big. Trying to plan better for baby girl 2. I’m attaching a photo of Q’s. It was a used Baby Gap sleeper in “up to 7lbs” size. Not at all what I would have picked but still adorable.
What are you planning on using for your baby?

My daughter came home in a Feltman gown. The back-up for if she did the same thing my son did (aka soil the outfit before leaving) was a Magnolia Baby gown with her monogram in light pink. I wanted a classic, heirloom piece that my daughter could pass down to her children if she so desired.

My son went home in a basic but adorable newborn sleeper from carters. I really wanted my daughter to go home in the same thing, but no one could find the newborn clothes (we were surprised at 36 weeks and were incredibly unprepared). Of course I found it in 5 min once I came home. So she wore a totally seasonally inappropriate outfit that my sister bought at a used baby store down the street.

My oldest wore a very cute Carters sweat suit set with bright pink leggings and a frog on the jacket (she is named after a frog). My youngest wore a cute Carters "Little Sister" sleeper that was gigantic on her since she was a pound smaller than we were expecting.

She wore a purple sleeper I bought the day she was born. It must have been a hunch or mom's intuition bc I bought a newborn size even though everyone was saying she would be a big baby.

My oldest just wore a "regular" sleeper; we didn't pick out anything special. Our 2nd wore a fleece Christmas sleeper from DD1 (she was born 12/20).

My LO came home in this and any future siblings, boys or girls will too. I have this onesie in NB and 0-3 mos size. Hey I like neutrals and stripes!!

My son came home in a carter’s sleeper with stars and a hat that matched. I plan on doing the same for DS2. I worry most about comfort for them.

My oldest wore a newborn onesie, and my younger daughter wore a gender neutral sleeper. I was convinced DD2 was a boy so I didn't even pack anything slightly girly. I'm not super sentimental about those outfits. I'm saving the outfits they wore for their newborn pictures as I think they're cuter.

We had a simple sleeper picked out for DS1, but he ended up coming home in a Superman onesie. 
I have two new sleepers from Carter’s for DS2 due in March. He will have lots of hand me downs from big brother but I thought it would be fun to bring him home in something brand new for him.

The both wore the same gender neutral carters footed PJs, which was a hand me down that my nephew also wore home from the hospital. It’s cute but nothing special on its own, but it’s pretty special to me!
The funny thing is I was so paranoid about buckling them into the car seat right that I barely took any pictures both times.

I had the cutest newborn coming home outfit picked out for my second. She was jaundiced so we had to leave her for one night in the hospital nursery while we came home first. I was an emotional mess leaving her. She ended up just wearing hospital clothes when she came home.
For my second, he came home with us but we had the whole jaundiced issue and it was the same thing from hospital. He finally “passed” one hour before midnight so we left at midnight and he came home in just a onesie.
For this upcoming third, whatever onesie I have

DD wore a diy onesie with her name on it and some carter's sweats.
DS wore a Carters bear onesie/pants/hat set.

@CatchAFallingStar: Our babes outfit was also ‘up to 7lbs’ and I was surprised by how much room she had in it. Such an adorable sleeper with a tutu from the children’s place. It was so soft and so adorable, and I remember being so sad when it didn’t fit anymore. 
Her first birthday is also this coming Friday, so I’m feeling a little extra nostalgic and emotional right now.

I have a little boy but this was his (gender neutral) homecoming outfit--pima cotton from Hanna Andersson, soooooo soft and comfy. it also had a little matching hat in a slightly different pattern that was adorable and mostly useless in late August

She wore a sleeper, hat and booties from Old Navy (pictured on the right). I chose it because my husband and I adore hummingbirds and even had hummingbirds as our wedding theme.

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: we love bonds too! We just brought our son home a few days ago in a zippy. All of my babies live in them for the first year.

@Littlebit7: Yep! LO is still wearing their zippered sleepers and they have the best socks. I put LO in a Bonds pullover sweatshirt long tee (don't know how to explain it exactly) and he didn't want to take it off. Too comfortable!

@Mrs. Lemon-Lime: hahah I have the pullover hooded tshirt thing too in a black and white stipe. My daughter loves it (I wish they made it in my size). and yes I love the socks too! I actually bought some of their nursing bras and really
Like them too. I wish they'd come to the us! I totally hijacked this thread...apologies.
