LO's poop has been like this for a few days. She doesn't seem uncomfortable and she's regular. Should I be concerned? It's never been like this before

Hm, with a sudden change like that I would consider calling her advice nurse or doctor. Most likely the green color is dependent on the food she's eating but could also be her iron levels. White can sometimes be cause for concern so I would check with a doctor to be sure.
