Sooooo we have an adult only costume Halloween party. It's been since college since I've gone to a costume party and only went as a sexy ________. Really stereotypical I know. Help! It will be DH and I and it is a really fun creative group of people.

I know what I would wear, I'd go as a day of the dead skeleton...I am actually going to do that this year to hand out candy!
It's simple enough in that I will wear a ball skirt that I already have, a black bodysuit on top, skeleton gloves and I bought a face tattoo from Amazon. If i get around to it, a wreath of flowers for my hair.
My husband would probably want to go as Elon Musk, but I think it would be pretty simple to make a male skeleton, with a suit and a fancy ruffled shirt and top hat.

We are going to an adult Halloween party....and I hate dressing up.....so I came up with the idea for my DH and I to go as Chip and Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper (DH is white and I am Asian). He's going to wear a Baylor hat, tool belt, and a Demoday tshirt and I have a Magnolia Farms tshirt, jeans, booties, and a green jacket. I'm going to do my makeup like Joanna and curl my hair so it's slightly wavy.

Recent couples costumes I've liked are very basic but I'm not into getting super dressed up: Wayne & Garth, robbers, red riding hood & big bad wolf.

costumes DH and I have done in the past: a football player and a cheerleader, bacon and eggs, a pirate and a parrot, game of thrones characters.
