I have to keep buying new hand soap to get my LO excited about washing her hands because now she can't stand to do it. I used to think it was so funny going over to other people's houses with toddlers and seeing this huge hand soap collection on the counter. Now I understand. Does anyone else need to do this?

@Andrea: I saw something on pinterest (yes, pinterest again) where they put something fun in the soap container to make washing hands seem more fun. http://yellowfence.blogspot.com/search/label/Lego%20Party Maybe you can decorate it with stickers of her favorite charactors or something.

@artbee: That is soooooooooo cool, thanks! We are a big into Legos, too. I will try that next time. I always have to change it up anyway. One thing only works for so long!
And hello Lego bday party!! Maybe that will be the theme when she is 3.

@Andrea: Lego theme would be awesome! Would it help to have like 3 different soaps decorated in different ways and just hide the ones your not using? Then you could pull it out and maybe it will be new and exciting again.

What about a bar of soap instead? Maybe ones in fun shapes or something?

HAHA. I just use bath and body self foaming soaps on LO.

@Andrea: the lengths we go to! Another fun thing for your LO since she's older might be melt and pour soap. She might like to use something that she made, you never know!
