I can't take fenugreek because it upsets both my and LO's tummy -- which stinks because I took MMP Monday and Tuesday and it was already starting to work.
I ordered the More Milk liquid that has no fenugreek, has anybody had luck with that? Or other non-FG supplements?

I did lactaction cookies with Brewers yeast. You can add the brewers yeast to other things.
Also make sure the basics are met like sleep, water, protein, low stress, etc.

@T.H.O.U.: Oh yes, I did want to make some of these this weekend, thanks for reminding me!
I have the water and protein, stress is fairly low (except about my supply lol) but he's not been letting me get tons of sleep this week, so who knows what the problem really is! I'm also getting over a cold I caught from DS last week.
