That's weird! No, it hasn't happened to me, but just wanted to say good luck and I hope everything is ok!

@PastaAndPotato: It's happened to me tons of times. It's usually because something stressful happened or you were ill around ovulation time. That pushes ovulation back which pushes back AF. One time, I was late by 42 days (and was firmly convinced that I was going to be one of those people that don't get a postive pregnancy test until 11 weeks). I went to the doctor and she did a bunch of bloodwork, hormone levels and a preg test and they all came back fine. She said that sometimes we just miss ovulation and it screws up our cycles. And AF came two days later. I bet everything is fine, but I think it's good that you are going to your doctor. It may put your mind at ease.

Yes, I find that stress really messes up my cycle and will prolong it. So hopefully everything is fine and AF will show up soon and you can be onto the next cycle!

This happened to me a few months ago. I was convinced I was pregnant, but my period was just late from stress. Looking back on the day that I was supposed an had all the signs I was ovulating that month I was travelling alone and while I was in the airport I found out that my husband's grandfather died and a couple hours later found out one of his coworker's died. So I think the stress of all that caused me not to ovulate for another week and so my period was late.
