If so, was it fun? DH & I always talk about going but we haven't yet. How much do you end up spending there to have good fun?

I go about once a year... My husband's friends are into video games and it is fun if you spread it out. I usually get an eat and play combo dinner so you get some points, I try to not spend more than $15 or so on games. They are pricey!

I think it's okay. Nothing spectacular. A friend of mine got sick from the food, so I've never actually eaten there, but the games are fun! I think we normally bring like $40-50

I haven't been there in sooo long, but it was a lot of fun when I went! It can add up $$ though.

@Mrs. Jump Rope: Haha that's awesome! Do you guys go back to take a walk down memory lane?

@snowjewelz: no. It's really not that fun.. I went with my BFF who wanted to go to see a guy she liked who was friends with her cousin. My husband called Cousin (his friend) who invited him down. So technically, we met through mutual friends but it was AT d&b.
I don't think we've been there since 2006!

I like if okay. We actually like the eat and play combo, but I agree the games can get pricey. I want to say 2/3 dollars a game?

@Mrs. Jump Rope: Yeah... I think it'd be fun but the fun factor will quickly go down if it starts to cost a lot to play games!

I went last month with my sister in law's kids. Food was decently good but when I went into the room with all the arcade games, I felt like an old lady....everything was super loud, dizzying, and stressful to walk through.

We went for my birthday last year, it was pretty fun. Something different.

I'm a video game nerd so yes, I love D&B! It's kinda pricey but the eat & play combos aren't bad if you don't mind average-tasting food. It's not a cheap outing, but I always love to go! Used to have my bday parties there when I was a kid. Now I feel old...

@snowjewelz: A lot. But that's because we take our niece and 2 nephews.
If it's just you and DH it shouldn't be bad. They have decent dine and play deals.

I like it! BUT, I've only been as part of networking events, so I get free tokens to play with. I'm probably too cheap to pay for it myself.

@swurlygurl: Oh man I'd be in heavy if I can play for free lol!

Yes, I've been, and I don't really care for it. Now my 12 year old, he thinks it's heaven on earth!

I've been a couple of times. It's fun if you like arcades. It's kind of expensive though. We usually just go to the arcade at our local movie theatre.

I have been to one once for either a work event or someone's birthday. I would never choose to go to one. Not my kind of thing.

We used to go when we first started dating. We liked to play pool in a place where there was no smoking (at the time, smoking was still allowed in bars in the city we were living in).

We've gone before and it's fun. But when we're bored, we don't think "oh! let's go to D&B!"
