We canceled our cable 18 or so months ago! I keep Hulu Plus so I can keep up on DWTS, Scandal, and The Daily Show/Colbert Report.

We cancelled our home phone, and decreased on cell phone minutes.

hulu plus, the dvd portion of our netflix, cable, our internet for a looong time, and our landline. the internet at home was the only thing i missed, but we have it again, we have no interest in getting any of the others back.

We downgraded from premium cable with HBO to a pretty basic plan. My husband didn't renew Xbox live last month, since he rarely plays. I'm debating canceling cable all together - having the TV on bothers me, and I catch up with everything online, anyway.

This is interesting, I am actively looking for ways to spend less, but I can't get rid of our basic land line because it's required for the home security system.
We don't have netflix, hulu or anything like that...i would love to get rid of cable, but my husband won't go for that. As for other services, I just hired a landscaper. I am going in the wrong direction!

We cancelled our basic cable more than a year ago.

I downgraded our Netflix to just streaming. I also called Directv before the nfl season and got nfl ticket ($300+) for free and an additional monthly discount!
Saves $600+ for the year!

We cancelled our dogs insurance. We have never used it and she is 7 and its $55 a month. We also traded in DHs truck and got a lower payment on a newer/better one last week!
Trying to lower cable as well, but they aren't being very helpful yet! DH is hopefully going to lower his cell plan too - its about $65 a month and he thinks he can get it to $20... lol!

cable and home phone. sold our tv too. cancelled almost all our magazine subscriptions except 2 (gotta get my entertainment fix!).
