My friend did a 14 day cleanse last year. She's intense. Check it out.

My husband did one. I don't recommend it, but there are a lot of different options out there. I would do lots of research first.

I did one. It was 21 days and I lost around 25lbs. I did it under the guidance of my aunt who is an ND. We took a bunch of vitamins throughout. Fruits & Veggies only for the first 10 days. Fish and chicken were allowed from day 11 on but you could only have chicken every other day. Everything was organic and we only drank water. Those are just the basics. There were 5 or 6 people who did the cleanse and we all had a really good outcome. I felt fantastic afterwards!

@Sweet T: wow! that is long! I don't think I could.
I can't, now that I'm breastfeeding. But the woman I nanny for has done several juice cleanses and she loves them. She will juice carrots, apples and other fruits/veggies only for like a week. She said she feels so great.

@Coco Bee: It really wasn't bad! The first few days sucked because of the sugar and caffeine withdrawal. It helped that we were drinking a ton of water though. I loved that I came out of it feeling so healthy.

I just realized that the title of this thread is sooooo me-speak-Engrish. LOL...Sorry.
Why the cleanse...I'm not wanting to do one to lose weight. I seriously need to flush out my system as I've been having really terrible stomach issues as of late and feel like my system needs to rest. I'm trying to find something healthy and not too restrictive (ie. lemon/ceyenne/syrup, etc.).

@baby98765: After reading about the cooler cleanse, I was totally into it! Sounds like something I could do!...Except that they don't ship to Canada! FML!

My friend did the juice cleanse from Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead (juiced fruits and veggies) and loved it. She felt so good afterward.

@joyjoy: I saw the documentary on this, and was amazed at how the two men were able to turn their life around. Really interesting stuff.
I just bookmarked the cooler cleanse site for future use.

I'm saving this for post baby/BF. I really want to clean out my system as well just to feel better! (and weight loss isn't always a bad thing!)

I did a 3 day once. It was OK - I couldn't have done it for much longer, though.

I have done blueprint cleanse and I absolutely LOVED the way it made me feel. It's so expensive though, those days are over, I'm sure.
