I haven't but would like to one day. Our car has though, my sister and her husband drove our car out to the west coast for us when we moved.

We drove from CA to OH when I was in 9th grade! It was miserable!!
I hate long car rides.

Not all the way across the country, but from GA to TX a few times. It's a 16 hour trip and I hate it.

Woo, I can't imagine--we drove from Texas to the left coast, and that almost killed me. I can't imagine driving the other half of the country in addition to it!

My sister and I took a road trip after I graduated high school. It was soooooo much fun, so glad we did!

We did Texas to Boston but made it into a week long trip because I hate driving! It was ok, but I prefer other forms of transportation for my vacations.

It's on my bucket list! I love traveling in the car with DH, and I cannot wait to go on long road trips as a family. We have driven 14 hours to Florida and 8 hours to Canada. If you combine those two trips, then we have gone along the east coast from top to bottom.

My DH and I are obsessed with road trips, especially with some really great books on CD. Prettiest drive we've ever taken was across the Southwest, I swear we filled up the entire camera memory card just taking pictures out the windows

Ya we once drove from New York to Utah doing a church tour kind of thing, really neat but I hated cars back then.
Now in 2 months we are driving from Utah to Minnesota thanks to me new fear of flying.... kill me!

Never driven the whole way. I've made the trip from Georgia to Texas several times and from Georgia to Kansas several times. Both are long, at least 16 hour, trips!

@BoogieBea: I would love to rent one of those fancy RVs one day and drive cross country with the family. With many stops along the way. I think it'll be a great family bonding experience! My husband thinks I'm crazy.

I've done RI to California with my baby sister when she moved out to Napa after college and last Christmas DH and I did Canada to Florida. I really enjoyed both trips, but wish I had taken more time to explore along the way. We were in a rush both times.

When I was 3, my parents and I drove from PA to Washington. We stopped at several National Parks along the way. We had an old VW bus w/no heat, so my parents put a portable (propane!) heater in for me, cuz it was March and we were driving through, like North Dakota and Montana and stuff. They also put a little kid's potty in for me. I barely remember the trip, but the pictures are amazing. I'd love to do it again with my own family.

DH and I went on a 2 week road trip at the end of July and it was such a blast! We drove from Houston up to Amarillo, then we drove part of Route 66 to LA, then up the PCH to San Francisco, and back east through Nevada, Utah, Colorado, then back down to Texas. Seriously one of the best trips we've ever been on!
