So our neighbors moved last week, and they left us with a jar of cookie butter. We thought the name was so weird that we almost threw it away. But at the last minute, we decided to give it a try, and ****zomgoodnesss**** Seriously, this stuff is amazing. And addicting. And I'm sure it's terrible for you. But I really don't care. It's so YUMMY!

When we started shopping at Trader Joe's it was one thing everyone said we had to try. So we bought a jar. And 18 months later that jar is still sitting in my cupboard.... lol.
It does taste good, but I don't quite know what to do with it. So we just don't eat it. It's probably gone bad now haha.

@Mae: Me too. It tastes great but we haven't eaten much after the first few tastes (very very tasty I'll admit).
For those who don't have trader joe's near by, Biscoff makes the Biscoff spread which is very similar. I have seen it at my local grocery store.

It tastes like cookie dough, in my opinion. I put it on apples, but mostly, I just ate it off a spoon... (hangs head in shame)

Best thing ever. I accidentally found it at Trader Joes once, and was hooked. I kept trying to find uses for it, but it went away by the spoonful before I knew it This is why I don't go to Trader Joes, too many random weird things to try!

YES! I've never had the TJs version but ive had the original Bischoff one - SO good. I can't buy it because I will eat it all way too fast. My favorite part of flying Delta are the Bischoff cookies and this is like that but 10x better.

It's good, and I LOVE Trader Joes, but I prefer Biscoff spread. You can get it at Cost Plus World Market or Amazon. The brand who makes it, Lotus, also makes a jar of Speculoos. DH got me that from Europe... Tastes much better (less oily?). In NYC, loved the Wafels and Dinges truck... They sell speculoos too and I'm guessing you can get it online from them too!

We dont have a Trader Joe's anywhere nearby, but my grocery store (regular grocery store in Central PA) sells speculoos and some other version. I personally really like it on graham crackers b/c there is nothing like topping a cookie with more cookies.

@hellocupcake: I love this. There are several good suggestions further up in the thread (pancakes, waffles, apples...) Haven't tried them all, but they all sound very promising.
