I have been having some recent health issues and most likely will need a 3 hour surgery soon. It freaks me out!

DH had his appendix out and has had a cyst removal.

I had teeth extracted for braces. I was stitched up after birth... Does that count?!

I had glaucoma surgery as a baby (goneotomy).
And cataracts surgery about 5 years ago (both eyes).
Wisdom teeth out about 10 years ago.

Ear tubes as a kid and wisdom teeth as an adult. I woke up about half way through my wisdom teeth surgery and asked the oral surgeon if he was going on Spring Break. He thought that was pretty hysterical.

Bladder reconstruction surgery when I was 16. I flirted with my anesthesiologist when he put me under. During both labors with an epidural, I made a few filter less statements about my doctors.
@winniebee: How is your eyesight? There's a mommy blogger whose baby has cataracts in both eyes. Her baby recently had two surgeries and will have baby contacts soon.

Breast reduction and wisdom teeth (and laser eye, but that was painless so it doesn't count ). Breast Reduction was the worst by far!!

Wisdom teeth, and 2 knee surgeries... which didn't fix anything but they told me if I did another it'd be a new knee cap so I've toughed it out.

I had my wisdom teeth removed at 18 ... gallbladder removed at 14 weeks postpartum. It sucked.
