The night SIL and I went out, I arrived first and was seated at the table next to DH's ex! HAHA. I know how she looks (ugly!) and she didn't notice me because she was deep in conversation.*rolling eyes*
I asked the waitress to seat us somewhere else because I wanted to give her a piece of my mind.

Yes, we ran into the ex at a party but we knew she was going to be there so we were prepared. It was the week after our wedding and right before we left for our honeymoon, so I think I was still on too much of a post-wedding high to even care!

Since DH and I went to high school together, I know all of his ex's. 2 of them are really nice (we're actually going to one's wedding in June and she came to ours). But the other one...is kinda crazy. We went to the same college, but I haven't seen her since we graduated high school (5 years ago!). Although she "happened" to run into DH ALL the time. I finally told her through facebook chat to "step off!" Hahaha so out of character for me.

Once. We were with DH's parents and she acted like they were her bff's. It wasn't so bad though, but she didn't acknowledge me.

Unfortunately I have to see his ex more that I would like to! Seeing as its his DD mother. Words can not describe how much I dislike that women. But I keep it nice and never say a bad thing about her....well when DD is around at least! ; )

omg no. At least, I don't think so. I was paranoid for a long time that she was going to come looking for him... and I was freaked out because I had no idea what she looked like. Rob Sr. said she hated pictures of herself and never allowed people to take pictures of her, and all the pictures he had of her, she destroyed as soon as she found them. Recently, I remembered that he had a yearbook from college and looked her up... and there she was!!! Meh... all those years of trying to get him to describe her, and she was sitting right in our bookshelf the entire time.

@mrbee: she was surprisingly plain... I wouldn't call her pretty, but she wasn't ugly at all.
Rob Sr. claims she wore so much makeup, it was like a thick mask. That makes me feel nice. Haha. I'm so evil.

Nope, never seen her (we live in different states). She and my husband work in the same field, so if I ever attend a conference with him, I’m sure I will meet her. Even though they divorced on bad terms (she cheated), I don’t have any issue with her. We’re all adults and they divorced over 7 years ago. I mean, I don’t want to be her BFF but I’m not going to go off on her or anything.

Nope... but even if we did, I don't think I'd have any issue with her... all his gfs (2 serious, 1 lukewarm) were way before we even met... the last gf he had before me was almost 3 years prior; so no dramz for me.

Luckily no. His ex was totally psycho! She would wait outside his apartment for us to come back from our dates when we first started going out. She also called my dad while I was away at college and made up stories to get me in trouble. my dad didn't believe her though since she called me by my "American" name (all my friends call me by my Vietnamese name

Nope, but I wouldn't know what she looks like. She contacts DH about once a year and they go for coffee, I stay far away (I am not a huge fan of the fact that they insist on annual contact - but I know that DH wouldn't do anything to hurt me, so I let it happen for now).

Oh no! I always worry about running into my ex, but my husband doesn't have any serious girlfriends before me. Luckily we haven't yet. We are actually friends with one of my ex's. We dated in high school and hubby knows it was just a stupid high school relationship, and my family is best friends with his family so we always see each other during vacations, holidays, etc. We're both married with babies now, so we have fun talking about our babies!

Yes, but I didn't know her. We were in high school and she knew who I was. She was really nice to me. When she got back to school she told my bf (now hubby) that I am pretty and we were BFFs. lol My husband thought that she was crazy.
I still joke with my husband about her because I am a major up grade from her, but they weren't serious.

I've met one of his ex's a long time ago - through him actually, we went to have drinks once (with other people as well). She was pretty. We're both pretty civil with our exes.

Nope-- one of the perks for being his only LOVAH ever! LOL. Actually, we broke up for awhile and he dated some girl in college. I don't even know what she looks like, so I'll never know if I run into her.

I met my DH's ex shortly after I met DH! I went to a college homecoming game with him and she tracked us down at the tailgate. DH tried to play it off like she was just a friend but I totally knew who she was by her body language. I still tease him about it to this day!
