So, I read all the old posts about uploading an avatar, and followed those directions.
But, nothing happened.
What am I doing wrong? How do I upload a pic for my Avatar? I actually tried twice a couple months ago, and it didn't work, so I just gave up. I just realized today I'd really rather have a picture of some kind.

Maybe it's a computer issue? It worked well for me from ipad and iphone.

@Anagram: I didn't upload mine through gravatar.
ETA: I think I just went to where it said "edit" or whatever is by the photo in your profile (can't remember right at the moment) and uploaded a pic right from my comp.

oh, I must be crazy. I could have sworn when I signed up, there wasn't a way on my profile to upload a pic, and you had to go to Gravatar. So I just didn't do it.
But then I checked my profile just now, and sure enough....there's a link right there to "upload a picture".
haha.
