Currently I work for a very small company (about 6 employees) and me and my daughter are on my company's health insurance plan. I want to switch us to my husband's health insurance plan because finances are very tight at my company right now. His open enrollment period is ending and we have all of our paperwork in. However, I just realized that the health coverage at my company changes in May, not January. Now I'm afraid I won't be able to drop our coverage at my company until May. Does anyone have any insights on this?
