I'm trying to eat healthier. I typically pack my lunch during the week for work. I used to eat a frozen meal/cheezeits or chips and maybe a piece of fruit.

The past few weeks I've been having a sandwich on whole grain bread, nuts (almonds, pistachios, etc) for my salty crunchy craving and vanilla yogurt with frozen mixed berries. I love the cold berries and yogurt. Makes me feel like I'm eating ice cream!

I feel a lot better. What are some of your favorite, easy lunch ideas?
