I'm struggling with getting out the door on time every single morning. My daughter takes f.o.r.e.v.e.r. to get ready in the morning. Not only that, she wants to sit on my lap to eat, as well. I have no time for this! I get her up 45 minutes before we have to leave the house at 7am. I am ready to go by the time I get her up. I'd like to offer her some healthy meal options that we can transport in the car, if needed. Oatmeal and applesauce in bowls don't exactly transport well...

I want her to have a protein and fruit for breakfast, plus milk. Our typical breakfast is eggs or oatmeal, plus fruit or applesauce and milk.
