Veggies, plain popcorn, fruit. I have a coworker with a nut allergy so I can only bring nut free snacks. It's really hard to find but free snacks!

Greek yogurt, string cheese, hummus/veggies, crackers and laughing cow cheese, peanut butter and apples, trail mix/nuts, oatmeal.

Today I had lunch meat and cheese rolled up and it was actually really filling. I also snack on greek yogurt, string cheese, hard-boiled eggs.

My am snack has been cottage cheese lately-I'm really working to get more protein in. 4% sits nicely until lunch. My afternoon snack is all over the place-fruit and a proteim shake or veggies and dip or hummus or even half a sandwich. I was eating nuts but 1/4 cup wasn't filling enough

I've been having luck with having four smaller meals this pregnancy - normal breakfast, then a smaller lunch, big snack, smaller dinner. That's really helped me to curb snacking outside of those meals.

I love having fruit with nut butter - so either an apple or a banana with peanut or almond butter - so yummy!

For things I can keep in my desk all the time and not have to remember to bring in each day I like raisins and other dried fruits, pretzels and nuts, particularly unsalted cashews.
