When getting DS out of the tub DH came to get him and when I opened the door I accidentally bonked him in the head. Oh I feel HORRIBLE. The spot is red and there is a little knot. (on the side of head). he didn't cry and is playing (this happened less than 10 mins ago).

Ugh. I feel like I'm going to throw up. Should I be worried?!
