We rent and per our lease are responsible for things $50 and under. Fancy light bulb? Us. Broken fridge? Them. Etc etc. Well one of our (80's style, old/original) kitchen cabinet doors fell off. I have no idea if this is something we can fix or not. Our PM company are great with big issues but small stuff they take o the owner who is somewhat of a jerk/unreasonable. I'm afraid if we bother him about this (after our AC just broke) he will try to blame this on us - as if we were banging it around and caused it, as opposed to normal wear and tear on some old and seriously crappy cabinets.
Anyone know if this COULD be fixed? Wood glue? Mighty Putty? I have no idea which direction to go but would rather fix ourselves because I hate dealing with them! Advice welcome!!
