I'm planning Sienna's Christening and I'm doing a vintage tea party theme after the ceremony. I would like to give some sort of edible favor but I can't seem to find something I love.
Any ideas?! I've been googling, and checking on pinterest.
I don't want to give TEA because not everyone likes tea... so what cookies? Maybe there's something a little more original out there.

I just did sugar cookies as a favor for her first birthday. I bought a cookie cutter in the shape of a number one (you could maybe do a cross) and then I frosted and put in a little baggie.

I think Martha Stewart had a recipe for Early Grey flavored cookies, that looks really really good to me. A little more original than just regular cookies cut out in the shape of a teapot.

As for the details/party planning... it's like the curse of the designer. People expect something pretty. Once you go all out... you are doomed for life! haha. Honestly I love this kinda stuff. though my husband would say it's time consuming and I should clean the house instead. he just doesn't get it! lol

What about hot cocoa mix in some kind of pretty wrapping? It's my favorite alternative to tea, and I can't be the only one
