I'm hoping you experienced HB mommies can help me find some sleepers for T. He's growing SO FAST and is quickly outgrowing his 6 month footed sleepers. It's still pretty chilly here at night, and will be for a few months. With cloth diapers I really need to go up a size. I'm having a really hard time finding any fleece sleepers in size 9 mo at this time of year! Any suggestions? Bonus points if they fit shorter, chunkier babies. Some of the 9 mo stuff we have is awfully long and lean for our little chunky guy with short legs!

DS is currently wearing Carters fleece footed pjs, in size 9 mo, but they fit more like 12 mo. We got them as a Christmas present, so I don't know if they are still available. I'd check the sale sections of stores, fleece may have been moved to make way for spring outfits. But if you don't mind used, you could try a consignment shop. You are more likely to find fleece there.

I'd ask of the Classifieds! I bet there are babies growing out of their 9m fleece right now.

Just FYI, but my chunkier boy wore Carters 9 mo and 12 mo size sleepers con-currently (starting around 4.5 months) but sized out of the 9 mo earlier. If they have 12 mo ones on sale I would just buy some now and see how big they are.

I probably have lots to sell if you want to buy some :). I have tons of boys stuff that i'm looking to get rid of, and I think we had fleece sleepers in every size, all Carters brand.

@Ms.Badger: Good to know, thank you! In general most of the Carter's clothes have been fitting him better than other brands. Everything is significantly too long, though, if it fits in the waist. Oh well...I guess it's easy to roll pants up!

@Mrs.KMM: It is a requirement of the foster agency we are working with. It basically ensures that bio mom can't accuse us of not clothing him properly.

I usually get the two pack from Target. I think the Target line from Carter's.
