I have procrastinated so long and not had much luck finding a bright colored metal bucket like this. I'm even open to a regular metal unpainted bucket but cant seem to find it anywhere. I want to take DS's 1st birthday pics this weekend in our back yard and would love to recreate something similar but probably without the balloons. I still dont have a good idea of what to put the cake on if i cant find this. I've thought about a wooden crate but just love the look of the bucket. Any ideas?

I would try Michaels or Hobby Lobby. If they don't have the fun colored ones, they'd at least have galvanized ones you could consider painting

I found a galvanized bucket similar in shape and size at Wal-Mart, and you could probably paint over it pretty easily

Thanks guys, I have so far tried target and michaels with no luck. I miss my old michaels because the new michaels by our home is small and doesnt have a lot of things.

If you aren't set on the green, I got a similar silver galvanized bucket like that from Home Depot years ago. Home Depot or Lowes might be worth a try.

I've found plain metal galvanized tubs in all sizes at home depot and on Amazon. I couldn't find anything blue or green but found this red one that might work?

thanks everyone. I finally found one at party city but it was a bit too small and low. in the end I decided to use a different prop for his photo
