We are ordering this table, and will buy chairs separately.
Do you like any of these chair options?? Or have better suggestions?
Note, I'm not really too worried about chair comfort cause we rarely eat at the table.. i care more about style and can buy cushions if uncomfortable.

I would get the Tolix-esque ones for looks, but I can assure you that they are not at all comfortable!

I think the all metal are very trendy but would be dated very quickly. I think the metal wood combo still is a great look but a bit more timeless.

What's the rest of the furniture in the room like?
Right now I think the first one goes better. But I'm generally partial to wood.

Have you thought of something with metal legs but different material? Option1 may be a bit matchy (which is fine if that is your style) and option3 doesn't seem to go well with the table.
Maybe something along the lines of these? Again, it is hard to recommend since i dont know your style.

I'm going against the grain and saying I'm not a fan of the metal, but I also can't really picture the other two chairs with that table either. I think the first option looks too matchy matchy.
I really like the 1st chair that @Freckles suggested - I think it looks modern and classy!

The IKEA Bernhard chair might work too. I can vouch for their unIKEA-like longevity and looks (plus they're really comfy)--I use one as my desk chair! (Although I don't think they carry my color anymore.)
Also, the Tolix chair has been around since 1934. If you're into the industrial look, it's iconic. (I know that Target doesn't sell actual Tolix chairs, but you get my point: Buy what you really like, regardless of whether every house on Dwell has the same chairs.)

Love the table, but don't love the chair selection. I kind of like the look of non-matching chairs. It lets you pick a few chairs that you love and not just several of the same style.

@lamariniere: budget does not allow, but i do adore those chairs!!!!
@Claire.Peonies: its a complete blank slate right now.. we already gave away our old table and we just moved so no art right now. we have jar chandelier installed though that is basically the look we are going for - industrial chic (crappy pics!)

CUTE! I love your lighting and the neutral colors. I would say stick with either of the wooden chairs then. We kinda have the same look/style going in our dining room. We did a chevron rug under the table with a wooden bench as well. The benches are great, can pair them with 1-2 of those wooden chairs. I know that there are some online sites where you can order wooden benches to make it look a little more rustic ... paired with some chevron or patterns. I want a pic of the finished product!
