There is a massive puddle of water underneath my dryer, but not the washer. What to do??

Does your dryer also have a steam function? It could be the water hose connected to your dryer is faulty/cracked.

@Alivoo01: hmm, I don't think so. I'm definitely gonna have to pull it out and see what's happening back there
