My book club is meeting this Friday and the theme is "new York". So I need something to make/bring along that theme. Someone is bringing cheesecake, someone else is bringing pizza...I have no clue. And I'm 10 weeks pregnant, so I'm exhausted, and I live in central pa so it's not like we're awash on authenticity here. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated...thanks!

The bagels around here are terrible,.but there's a pizza shop that makes decent cannoli, so that might be the way to go!
They don't know I'm pregnant yet either. I'm not really close to them, but they'll know something's up when I'm not drinking wine.
