When is my surge? When did I ovulate?

September 28th? But I only say that because of the positive FRER though. Looking at the cheapies, none look totally positive to me, though the Sept 28th ones looks pretty close. Do you temp as well? That would give you a better idea?

@MrsB2012: I know, I am confused. I never got a true positive with the wondfo. Only with the First Response kit. I don't temp, currently.
I wonder if that's a bad sign. Thank you for replying to my post.

@DeeBeeEl: did you take more of the FRER's? Or just the one? Temping will give you a clearer picture, and as far as I understand, the OKP's only tell you that your body is geared up and ready to ovulate. Only a shift in your BBT will tell you if you've actually ovulated. Is this your first cycle using OPK's?

I'm thinking September 29th am could have been positive had you tested... so maybe around the 29/30th.

@MrsB2012: unfortunately the frer does not keep going once you get a yes. Which is why I did the Wondfo strips. This mornings wondfo is MUCH lighter than prior days. Taken again at 6:07am.
Next cycle I think I'll do include temping too if I miss this month. I don't know too much about it.... Can your results be off if you're sick or workout a lot? -
@Ash: thank you for replying! I was getting Nos on the digital test until the 29th (cd13) so it was a day earlier than I thought. I have used the digital Opk in July and got a yes on cd14. Sadly, that cycle ended in a miscarriage. This is our first cycle 'tracking ' again.

@DeeBeeEl: sorry about your m/c. I've bee using opk's this month. I was almost positive so I was taking them 2x a day. The day before yesterday it was almost positive in the am, then wayy light in the pm. Yesterday I wanted to double check they the surge was leaving so I tested in the am and it was positive again, but the pm it was back to way light. These tests are so confusing!

@MrsB2012: @ash thank you ladies. Everything is so confusing about Opk and charting. It's all the more frustrating when ppl are like oh oops we didn't chart and got lucky. Ugh. I guess my tww has started. I'm going to continue to use the wondfos to see if the line gets lighter and lighter.
MrsB, that's so confusing!! Are you drinking lots of water throughout the day? I wonder why it's lighter in the evening.

I'm thinking sept 29 am would have been positive too, which means you could have ovulated either later that day or possibly today!
Sometimes the LH surge is super short so testing in the am and pm gives you the best shot at catching it. And temping really helps confirm O! Good luck, hope you caught the egg this cycle!!

Thanks everyone for giving your opinion. I guess I was concerned that I didn't have a chance since the test line never got as dark as the control line. But since I got a yes my chances are better

I'm still getting a line? I know it's considered negative. But why is it still there? Cycle day 21.

@DeeBeeEl: I have PCOS and always have a line on my OPKs. I needed to temp to confirm ovulation because my OPKs were too hard to read most of the time.
ETA: Have you been using the OPKs continuously? If the surge faded out and then is coming back again, it's possible that your body tried to O, but didn't the first time and is trying to again now.

Yes I've been using throughout. Every day a line. It's darker today than last Friday. We dtd yesterday morning and this afternoon so maybe I'll get lucky. Thank you for the suggestion I had no considered that!!!
