Okay disclaimer - I'm a huge germaphobe and I have a phobia of throwing up.

We had some friends over Saturday evening and the Mom told me their lo took an extra long nap that day. They were over for about 3 hours and played with our lo and her toys, but ours was tired and went to bed about 2 hours before they left. There was spilled milk and a lost binky, cleaned with hot water/soap.

Fast forward to Monday their lo is home with a high fever and throwing up, repeat today and the Dad has it now.

From what I've compulsively read it has a 48 hour incubation period and isn't spread through saliva (milk/binky).

Would you be worried? I'm having a panic attack over this!!
