Going into our anatomy scan we had a boys name locked in, but no hopes of having a girls name. We fought about it one day so bad that we tabled the discussion until we knew we'd actually have to deal with it. So of course we're having a Girl...
Were a mix of Italian and Irish and have been to Ireland recently. Our last name begins with D and is the same as a popular breakfast/diner chain....

Fiona and Evangeline are the most unique!
I think fiona kieran is a special name with lots of pizzazz. I would go with that one. It is unique without being weird.
Audrey grace is pretty, but VERY common.

Will your dad feel weird about a girl Carmen, when he is a male Carmen? If he would like it, I really like that name in general. I think they are all really pretty, but I agree with @Rainbow Sprinkles: that Audrey Grace might be very popular.
I think Fiona is my favorite, but I'd be more likely to do Carmen as the middle name in that case, for the family connection. I like that it's pretty but also really easy to pronounce and spell.

@Foodnerd81: I dont think he'd feel weird about it, he's pretty sentimental and he was adamant about not naming my brother that because he always felt his name was too feminine (when I was in grade school I often got asked about my 2 moms)

Evangeline's my favorite - it's on my own list too. I also like Emelia and Fiona with your last name. Audrey's not my favorite with your last name. I'd use Carmen as a middle with Evangeline!
