When Daylight Savings Time ends do you keep your LO's bedtime the same or adjust it? I put LO to sleep between 8-8:30 most days. Will she now go to sleep between 7-7:30 come 11/3? Or did you keep bedtime at the same time? Why do I overthink everything?

I was kind of wondering the same thing. It would be great if he still went to bed late, but now that he goes to bed about 7:30 I really don't want it to be 6:30!

I often split the difference, but my LO is older and can handle it just fine. If you think your baby would fight a sudden transition, I would also try to gradually move bedtime.

@swedishfish: I don't think it's over-thinking! I've been stressing about this for a couple months already! We'll be traveling too, so I've been trying to figure out how to adapt for both time changes.
@yellowbird: @Mrs. Yoyo: @Running Elley: Do you slowly transition later, so that LO would still stay up later? i.e. I don't want an earlier bedtime, so do I slowly push back bedtime every-night for a few days in hopes of keeping the same bedtime?

@shopaholic: Thats what we're planning on doing. Pushing it 15 minutes later during the week before the change.

I've been stressing about this too - I don't want to start being woken up at 6 instead of 7!

I am wondering about this as well. 6 is early enough of the weekends. 5 and I might die!
