I don't have the answer either...but just wanted to say hi and welcome!! I don't know if you remember me but I posted in the 6+ months ttc boards on WB Hope you get an answer to your question soon!

@Wispy: That's awesome!!! 30 sounds wonderful.Mine was a 14.0 at 5w pregnant and doctor said i'd better get it up to a 14.8 *just* to have a chance at sustaining my pregnancy.
So, she gave me nightly suppositories until I was 11w I think and here I am : 35w exactly today!

Further more: there is progesterone cream that you can buy to boost that number even more if you're like me and worry way too much. I don't think you need progesterone supplements or else your doctor would have given them to you....but the lotion works (obviously much less than medication would). It's available on Amazon: if you want a link, I can give you one:)

@Wispy: I don’t think the spotting was low progesterone with those numbers girl! I never spotted until my P was under 20. I’ll be following along- thinking positive thoughts!

I can't remember exactly, but I think mine was lower than that at 7dpo. I think over 15 is good.

@Wispy: Welcome!!! I remember you from WB, you really helped me by giving me some info on my short cycles and not "O"ing with pizzazz! Hope to see you on the September POAS thread.

Sorry, I can't help with the Progesterone numbers but I just wanted to say hello!

@Wispy: spotting was probably ...dare I say this? IMPLANTATION SPOTTING! Because it wasn't low prog.

I was on progesterone and clomid, too. Hope it works for you!

I am exactly 3 weeks pregnant (just found out this AM) and 10 DPO and my progesterone today is 24.0. They checked right away because my last two pregnancies have ended in miscarriage (in June and July), so they thought this might be the problem, but they said that 24.0 is a good number.
