Just started taking a high dose of B6 today to help with LPD due to high prolactin and I'm feeling really tired but not in a bad way... Sort of like I've taken a sleeping pill and a happy pill all at once!
I know B6 can give you unwanted side effects but since I know it's water soluble I'm not too worried as I will just stop.
Has anyone else had any experience with B6? Did it work for you?
