So long story short my blood pressure is a bit high today. The average is about 140/93 ish. I normally have 120/70 BP.

I have had some random swelling I my feet and legs. I assumed it was from salt intake. I did have some things with lots of salt those days. What made me concerned is I have a slight headache. Nothing bad. I threw up suddenly this morning and dizzy for a few hours afterward. Im fine now. I thought it was a stomach bug. My son had one this weekend. However I'm fine and have no thrown up since.
I'm just thinking maybe my machine is wrong or maybe I'm on edge or somthing.
I guess my question is should I be concerned? I've taken my BP about 2 times I the past few hours.
