I have terrible hip pain that radiates down my thighs whenever. I lie down. It lasts for a little while after getting up, but doesn't really hurt during the day.
I co-bed w/ babe and have to lie on my side. It's so painful it keeps me up at times

The pillow between the legs helps some...any other suggestions? I'm almost 5 weeks postpartum, and hoping to start running again soon but am concerned this might be a sign of some misalignment? I am planning. To bring it up at my next drs visit, but wondered if anyone had experienced anything similar...
